Refund and Cancellation Policy

The conditions applying to course and simulator payments, cancellations and access activation.

Before access is activated

A refund request may be considered when payment has been received but access has not yet been activated and no course material, recording, simulator question or protected resource has been used.

After access or materials are provided

Because digital access and protected educational materials can be consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable after account activation, simulator use, class-material delivery or recording access.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Verified duplicate payments or clear payment-processing errors will be corrected or refunded after checking the transaction record.

Class cancellation by Vanguard

If Vanguard permanently cancels a paid programme without providing a reasonable alternative, affected students will receive an appropriate refund or transfer option for the undelivered portion.

Request process

Send the payer name, registered email, phone number, payment reference, date, amount and reason to [email protected]. Requests should be made promptly.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each case is reviewed against access logs, payment records and the circumstances described above.
